It was beyond frustrating when my friend and I were categorized as non-serious and received non-existent service. The dismissive attitude and complete lack of assistance left me utterly disheartened. This blatant disregard for customers compelled me to not only leave this review but also to reach out to customer service directly, hoping to express my profound disappointment and find some resolution for such a shoddy experience.
Customer: I'm calling about the appalling service I received earlier today. My friend and I were completely ignored; frankly, we were categorized as non-serious and received non-existent service. It felt incredibly dismissive.
