While the in-store visit was pleasant – I got a watch from the Shreve location here and Craig helped me make my decision on which watches to consider. Overall he was very helpful and informative on various Nomos and Tudor watches. It was a very smooth experience. Thanks Craig! – what happened after I completed the purchase online was a complete nightmare. My watch arrived damaged due to incredibly poor packaging. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because such a discrepancy between in-store and online service is unacceptable.
