The website clearly showed a specific watch model as "in stock," and based on that, I eagerly placed my order. After days of waiting with no updates, I reached out to customer service, only to be informed that the item was, in fact, not available, and my order would simply be cancelled. This incredibly misleading information felt like a complete waste of my time, and frankly, I expected far better accuracy from a jeweler of this reputation.
