My email follow-up was never replied to, despite their initial email just asking for a review. It felt like I'd still be welcomed for a second or third visit, but that’s all. I simply wished for a candid, timely reply, even "it is unlikely in 3 months." I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because a business relationship should be built on mutual respect and trust, something I didn't experience.

They even had exactly what I was looking for, which is currently super rare to find. They patiently let me take my time, browse pictures, and simply admire the pieces.
